Group Relamping
Group
relamping is replacing all the lamps in a facility at the same time.
Lamps that are near the end of their effective life are a major
contributor to light loss and costly maintenance. Scheduled group
relamping is a method of economically avoiding this problem.

When relamped as
a group, lighting loss to this factor is minimized, and it is less
expensive than constantly replacing burned out lamps. Generally,
relamping is recommended at 70% of rated life. After this point,
output diminishes, and significant burnouts start occurring. A drop
in lighting can affect customer's perceptions, lessening the
attractiveness of your products, and impact employee productivity.
Group relamping and scheduled maintenance is a pro-active approach
to avoiding these problems. |

With a lighting maintenance agreement, our lighting technician will
visit your store site on a regular basis (monthly, bi-monthly, or
quarterly) to inspect and make needed repairs to the lighting
system. Our fully stocked service vans provide on the spot lighting
and electrical repairs to keep your store brightly lighted. A
budgeted inspection/service fee will keep your lighting costs under
control. |

On-Site
Lighting Service
Large
facilities demand a full time lighting maintenance service. Our
unique contract On-Site Lighting service will provide complete full
service lighting maintenance. This is an excellent program for a
multi-building corporate campus or a high-rise office building. We
will provide trained full time lighting technicians that will
perform daily inspections of all lighting fixtures, then service or
repair as necessary. Our unit prices for both labor and materials
give the customer the assurance of controlled maintenance costs.
